FADE IN: DARKNESS. 
Suddenly, the echoey darkness rises, revealing a cloaked figure…he’s a man on a desperate mission. He is JORGE MAZLOW – also known as – BLOOD! BLOOD is a warrior, a cop and as angry as a big, rabid, black pit bull. Heaven help anyone in his way! CUT TO:
INT. – DARKENED WAREHOUSE, NIGHT. 
His name is LIONEL – best friend to JORGE MAZLOW/BLOOD. Unfortunately for Lionel, the men who have captured and are beating this poor, idiot savant are just using him as bait to lure Mazlow to them. LIONEL reveals to the THUGS that JORGE MAZLOW/BLOOD is connected to an alien species called THE ANIMAE – predatory, symbiotic parasites who need a host body to maintain them. They arrived on Earth thousands of years ago and their sole desire is to prevent mankind from advancing scientifically, keeping them in the Dark Ages until the warriors of their species arrive to conquer the planet.  CUT TO: A MONTAGE OF HISTORY – CAMELOT, ITALIAN RENAISSANCE, SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTION AND MODERN TIMES  
CUT TO: INT. - DARKENED WAREHOUSE – NIGHT 
Blood does the world a favor and TAKES OUT A COUPLE DOZEN GUYS. Guns, grenades and knives, this is the action sequence movie directors DREAM OF! BLOOD slaughters almost the entire crew of dirtbags and scum of the Earth and races to save LIONEL, but---
Stepping through an INTERDIMENSIONAL PORTAL comes THE KTH-RUMBUS, THE TO-GASH whose real name is ARUMA THOGA. THOGA is a multi-headed daemon, hell-bent on killing our hero. AND HE DOES! THOGA turns out to be an inter-dimensional, multi-headed bad mutha-(shut your mouth!) BLOOD’S POINT OF VIEW: THOGA slices open BLOOD’S chest, watching him die on a wooden pallet. AN IMAGE OF THOGA APPROACHING FROM BLOOD’S POV – BLOOD IS DYING – THOGA’S FACE GETS WAVY AND DARKER… THE SOUND of BLOOD’S HEARBEAT BOOMS in our ears…then gets softer and softer. Then BLOOD’S HEARTBEAT slows…ONE MORE BEAT…THEN SILENCE. THEN A HEARTBEAT. A LONG PAUSE ANOTHER. ANOTHER. FASTER AND FASTER. A HORRIFYING SCREAM OF REBIRTH ECHOES THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE --  INT. - DARKENED WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
JORGE MAZLOW/BLOOD RISES FROM THE GRAVE! Now – he is reborn…he is infused with alien life to save our planet…he is Jorge Mazlow – he is BLOOD.
FADE TO BLACK.

The SOUND of heavy boots running down an alley. We HEAR splashes of water as the boots slam down into shallow puddles. 
A group of well-armed thugs are beating the stuffing out of a bloody, bruised man tied to a chain with yards and yards of rope. 
But Blood is different – BLOOD is the ALPHA BLOOD, the PRIME BLOOD, the strongest of the Animae, and he chose to inhabit good men. Merlyn, Da Vinci, Galileo and many, many more. Each lifetime taught him more and more about how to fight the DARK BLOOD, how to save humanity while not revealing his presence. 
BLOOD attacks the warehouse in a battle-scene of violence, death and destruction unlike anything seen before. (Note from the writer – I’m thinking of John Woo, Michael Bay, Guy Ritchie or James Cameron.) 
INT. – DARKENED WARHOUSE – NIGHT
In an intense and dramatic sequence, the parasitic Animae gives Jorge Mazlow new life. It knits together the wounded flesh, repairs veins and arteries, jump-starts the heart and breathes alien life back into his lungs.
