THE VICTORIAN

For folks who haven't gotten this issue of the Victorian, here is the cover by Neal. In fact, a number of The Victorian covers are done by near legendary artists including Steranko and Kaluta.

Some facts:

Jason Adams was the model for the Victorian although Neal had to age him and grizzle him up. Scott Lemein from Continuity Studios posed for the victim. Neal also changed the face to reflect a rougher past. The mechanics for the Victorian's hands are fanciful but based on real robotic reference. His right hand's most prominent parts are corporation seals from Continuity's accounting vault.. Yep, corporation seals. Check'em out.

This piece of art is one of the few that the family might give up for sale... to the publisher or to a collector, if the price is right. Neal has applied quite a bit of acrylic and opaque water color to this piece so it is more a painting than we usually get out of him, and as a piece of art... well you judge for yourself.
